Aiva Docs builds expertise over time. From identifying the types of documents a borrower has uploaded to extracting data from those documents to review bank statements or validate borrower income, it reads, classifies, and sends data directly to the LOS. Essentially, it takes the first pass at loan documents so you can focus on managing relationships, exceptions and problem solving. What’s more, data and documents pushed to the LOS can be traced to its original document.

Since the Dark Matter Aiva solution uses reinforcement learning, it continually improves accuracy and its understanding of new document formats. For documents Aiva is less sure about, Dark Matter offers a human-in-loop remediation process to ensure the accuracy of output is always high, even as Aiva learns.
